How do I log in?
First-Time Users: Enter your HDS Financial Aid ID(provided to you via email from the HDS Office of Financial Aid) and click the "First Time User" link. You will be required to submit your date of birth and the Activation ID provided in the email you received. Complete the two security questions, enter and confirm a PIN (case-sensitive), and click the "Submit" button. Your account activation is complete.
Re-Applicants: If you have applied for financial aid before using our online system enter the HDS Financial Aid ID (provided to you via e-mail from the GDS Office of Financial Aid). Do not click on first time user, and do not use the PIN number we provided in your e-mail. Since you would have changed your PIN after the first time you logged on, enter that number. If you do not recall your PIN, click on the "Forgot Your Pin Number?" link.
Returning HDS Students: Enter your HDS Financial Aid ID and the PIN you created the first time you logged in.
What if I have lost or can’t remember my HDS Financial Aid ID?

What if I have lost or can’t remember my PIN?
On the login page, click the "Forgot Your Pin Number?" link and follow the instructions to reset your PIN.
Is my PIN case-sensitive?
Yes, your PIN is case-sensitive.
My login failed. A message displays telling me the system could not validate either my Student ID or my PIN. What should I do?
Double-check that you have entered the correct HDS Financial Aid ID and PIN and make sure that your caps lock is not on. If that does not resolve the issue, please contact the HDS Office of Financial Aid.
